The Augusta is absolutely stunning, both inside and out! I love the renovations and the spacious patio with outdoor storage—perfect for all my decorations! Aaliyah, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and took her time helping me choose from the three different one-bedroom options for my future home. The manager even applauded and celebrated after I finished my application, which felt wonderful! I’m really looking forward to my new place!😊😊

Stopped by for a tour this past Wednesday and was pleasantly greeted by Miss. Lilly. She showed me around property with such certainty and confidence that this was the place for me! I loved the property. Will definitely be applying to live here! Property was clean and neat, customer service from Miss.Lilly was 10/10.

I was in the search for nice properties in Oklahoma City trying to narrow down my search recently moving from Texas. I wanted to find a nice affordable one bedroom apartment to get more established somewhere I came across. The Augusta Apartments And fell in love with the place Lilly the Resident Relations Manager was very helpful over the phone. I met her in person and she helped me with all the necessary steps with the process from over the phone to in person. She was hands-down amazing I really appreciate her for helping me with this big move. I am happy with the place I had chose for my new home. Thanks again!!

I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The management team was always professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about residents’ needs. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The only reason I’m moving out is because I’m relocating out of state. If you’re looking for a well-managed, hassle-free place to live, I recommend this apartment!

Maintenance is always polite, helpful and quick to respond. It’s a mostly quiet area and I’ve never had any safety concerns. The pool is always beautifully maintained and my favorite part about the complex.

Came home to a maintenance emergency pipe busted in the wall, Maintance Man Kyle Came right over and fixed it. He had such a positive attitude and got the job done quickly

Honestly could not stop saying good things about this complex. The property management is seriously a force working for YOU. They promptly answer and return calls. They make them selves readily available for you. They clearly communicate everything in advance always leaving you able to plan ahead. Always adding new features and tech to streamline the living and support experience here. Friendly and very clean environment. The grounds upkeep is awesome. They had issues with their water feature and got it fixed so fast which is a bonus point because the atmosphere of an apartment complex matters. They are affordable for the amenities that you get that you truly actually have access to and that they have no problem explaining and helping out with. I have almost lived here a year now and didn’t have a bad experience or if I did they fixed it almost immediately and communicated well. 10 out of 10 they really helped me have faith in apartment community living again because my last apartments were horrible. I seriously would recommend these apartments to everyone I know!! I am aware of the bad reviews as well and am not sure if there was a change in management/leasing agents but this has honestly only been a pretty good experience.

Recently moved into a unit here and so far I love it! The community is nice, quiet, and clean. The maintenance team works quickly on the requests to get everything fixed. Aaliyah and Novatany have been the most helpful from answering my tons of questions as well as checking in on me after I got settled. 10/10
